pretty much, someone on reddit pointed that the Norn hair pic show a norn with Heavy Woad Chest and Primitive Light Shoulders, Fashion Templates may allow us to mix armors weight now too

As much as I would love this, I'm pretty sure they would have to re-reg every armor skin in the game to make the different weights compatible with each other, which would be a monumental undertaking that I just can't see them having the resources to do unless it was a main selling point of an expac

If they're adding it as a face and not just in there by accident because they used her model for it, I'm hoping we get Bangar's face as a male option. Tired of all but one of the male options having teeth longer than my finger everywhere like I ran face-first into a wall and need a dentist.
