For the redhat-ers. Has there ever been a movie, book, etc., in which the "good guys" deployed the military against its own population? Can you point to anything in history (fiction or non-fiction) where those burning books are the "good guys"? #donttreadonme #protest

What if they start printing history books for schoolchildren that try to "both sides" the 2020 Presidential election and its aftermath? Would you burn those?

Sure, I'll play your games. If there was a book written, accepted by the state's department of education, the school board decides to include it in the curriculum, and they find a teacher willing to provide this instruction. Then you can teach "schoolchildren". Your argument is dumb.

I hope it is, but I consider it a very real possibility at this point. And I would burn the damn thing even if it violates what I always thought were firm principles and makes all book burning a case by case matter. That's why I asked. It's a hard question.
