The only thing preventing state AGs from prosecuting this terrorist trash is a backbone. The Feds can do nothing about a state prosecution. There is not a federal agent in the US who could not be prosecuted for working for domestic terrorists, as described by Cheney's Patriot Act.

MN has already charged the ICE agent for the shooting and requested Texas extradite the ICE agent back to MN and TX refused to take that normal step. No backbone missing just Republican fascism at work.

That took months. What of the rest of the countrys law enforcement who have done nothing? We are going after ours. We will not tolerate law enforcemnt not protecting theiur commun8ties from lawless federal agents.
