First time making or having Basque Cheesecake and it was delicious. Much easier than a typical cheesecake too since there's no crust or water bath to fuss around with. #baking #cheesecake #desert

Used this recipe and cooked the blueberries with a bit of water, sugar, lemon juice, and ClearJel (used for pie filling, but cornstarch should work fine too). www.bonappetit.com/recipe/basqu...
