Mid-tone backgrounds pose significant accessibility challenges. Choosing between white or black text becomes problematic due to limitations in the WCAG contrast algorithm. When using mid-tones as layer backgrounds, Ariakit Styles will automatically adjust them to the nearest safe tone. More info:
