A question unanswered by this article: What happens when Nydia Velázquez, who legally is chair, calls a meeting and holds a board election? And what happens when the chair elected at that meeting tells Bichotte to hand over the BKDems social media passwords and bank account login info?

Then Bichotte Hermelyn will do what Adams did. A bunch of transactions to cover tracks and then say they forgot the password and walk away from the issue like losers.

I think, in order, it goes like this: -if she is legally chair, then all those actions are binding, and accordingly, -if the [...rump Dems? Pretender Dems? What kind of old-timey English term for pretender-to-the-throne do we wanna bring back here?] refuse, then it's probably Contempt O'Clock

To be clear, that's more contempt of court charges on TOP of the minefield they already ran full-tilt into here, possibly even from entirely different litigation/judges, and at a point judges who might've previously levied fines start thinking it's gonna take jail time to get the message across

it's so excruciatingly slow. how hard is it for the legitimate board to call a meeting vote in a new chair and committees and petition the court to circumvent a tedious direct confrontation with the clown show by ordering banks, vendors, social media companies to hand over the accounts?

yeah. But too slowly. a two week wait for a contempt hearing, during an election. And rule of law won't be restored when the court tells these clowns to hand over the social media and bank accounts. It will take contempt charges or a court order to the banks and platforms to hand over access.
