I want Bluesky to succeed. I would happily pay ~$10/m to support the project financially so it won't die one day - no algorithm boosts, no checkmarks, just support. I'm 100% certain I'm not alone in this thought. Use #makeblueskyworktogether to spread the word. (cc @support.bsky.team)

Let's make Bluesky a better place for indie founders. It's a fair criticism that Starter Packs were a great marketing strategy. That once the novelty wears off, Bluesky might go downhill just like Threads. And to prevent that, we need to put effort to nurture the community ↓

May be: • they encourage self-hosting PDS while keep running the main server as is • instead of a monthly subscription lots of micro-transactions - skins, longer posts etc (much like games) • enable commerce here (pay for courses etc) since authentication can be taken care of here
