Interesting post. Very load-bearing ;) I do wonder about how you started the project & what you think about that in reflection. I really like the FDR idea (ADRs seem well established) but I always struggle to see how these incremental approaches *start*.

I wanted to mess around with AI generated in-chat components. Thanks to the project’s elegant architecture and in-repo guidance, 5.6 managed a very nice proof-of-concept in one prompt and less than an hour of work. Thank you so much for open sourcing it, I’m learning a lot!
