At this year's #Convocation, the #HarveyMuddCollege community recognized two Mudders for their accomplishments: Rachel Garton ’29 and Jackson Giumarra ’29. Festivities ended with the annual “tunnel of applause,” where faculty and staff applaud first years on beginning their #CollegeCareers. (1/2).

Rachel Garton ’29 was awarded the Platt Prize, and Jackson Giumarra ’29 was awarded the First-Year Writing Prize for his paper “The New(man) Sublime: Barnett Newman's Transformation of the Sublime Experience.” (2/2).
