Mark Weiss is reporting from Jerusalem. Yet, according to @IrishTimes.com, it's Tel Aviv making all the capital moves. Forget recognition of Somaliland. How about ending the use of Tel Aviv as a metonym for Israel's government and start recognizing Jerusalem as Israel's capital?
