Where I am I find it is more about racism than anything else. The last few years I have been truly stunned at how many I know who are racist. The poor, rich, middle class it does not matter, they use racism to feel superior and build their lacking self esteem. They voted for him because of racism.

Decades ago, in a political science class, I learned US has always been a country of thirds. 1/3 in favor of something. 1/3 against something. 1/3 I-don’t-care. It’s not just uneducated/under-educated who are dangerous. The complacent & apathetic are dangerous, too.

I blame a lot of it on polling, and the media who report poll results as if they’re hard news. If you say “Joe Biden’s approval rating is 38.” You also have to mention that half the people polled have been fed lies about Joe Biden all day every day for years. They say it cost Harris the election.
