If Trump invokes the Insurrection Act to send our military to the streets of BLUE states, the military must be reminded that the military can NEVER follow illegal orders! Now we know WHY Trump was so upset that our six Democratic Congress men & women made a video reminding the military of this LAW.

It really all depends on whether the brass in charge of that division hold the line and refuse to follow illegal orders, more so than the troops. We shall see. After the war crimes in Venezuelan waters, I have my doubts.On the other hand, going full-on Fallujah in MN might just be a bridge too far.

The governors of blue states should call in NG. THAT WAY, THEY'RE UNDER THE GOVERNORS CONTROL and state laws. When NG is deployed, it will make ICE useless They can deploy them bc of civil unrest. Civil unrest bc of the shit ICE does. it's a way to protect the people.

Yeah, if the governors deploy them, NG will be under their control. Protecting the people. There would be no reason to deploy ICE. He would not have a reason to federalize the NG. CAUSE, that's the reason people are protesting. If the NG is there, there WOULD NOT BE a PROTEST!

There is no reason now. ICE has caused this unrest using fascist brutally. Trump is using this unrest to get the military on the street under his control, to stop or restrict voting in democrat states. When he invokes the insurrection act he will do just that.

why do you think the pentagon was purged last year & 🍊🤡 loyalists installed? it's about to get very ugly for the lower enlisted specifically, & they are likely being shielded from that fact that's *why* he's trying to use the insurrection act - a veneer of legality to convince the troops to comply

Trump has his "Generals just like Hitler had'' now. They have replaced all general Officers not loyal to Trump. ''Unlawful" is in the eye of the beholder now and not a concrete policy based in Law. The avg Enlisted troop will do as they are ordered. Step out of line and they put them in the brig.
