Still no bar tape... But it's mounted in the Tacx Neo 2 that recently got a firmware upgrade to allow it to work with the Zwift Cog (orange thing at the back). This trainer is pretty old at this point so I'm glad Garmin decided to release a firmware update for it.

It's pretty fascinating to shift because it happens so quickly. Another nice thing is the rear derailleur never needs to move again, it's simply to keep tension on the chain. I've done one quick ride and it's so quiet and the "shifters" work well. Haven't decided if this is their final form.

Been wanting to build a trainer specific "bike" for a while and with a Zwift Cog, it can be done cable free. I still need to set it on the trainer with a front wheel and make sure everything is adjusted before I add the bar tape.
