I genuinely doubt that. For all their faults, the prequels actively added to and grew the star wars universe with the concepts and setpieces it added. What did the sequels bring to the franchise that hasnt been done better elsewhere? BB-8's design maybe? Babu frik? The traitor guy?

I totally respect if you disagree, but yeah. I actually really like the first two in the sequel trilogy. Attack of the Clones is the weakest prequel to me personally.

LOL. Cope.

I sincerely doubt that.

I still think Last Jedi is gonna get a huge turnaround but I sincerely doubt public opinion is gonna drastically shift on Rise of Skywalker. Absolute dogwater movie.

I've been doing that my whole life.

I love them now, just like I loved the Prequels then. People just need to chill out.

Entirely possible; 1) kids who grew up with them will have a soft spot for them 2) favreau et al are creating stories around it that may regard them in the same way clone wars rehabbed the prequels.

I mean… at least the prequels had a cohesive vision and through line. The sequel trilogy had neither.
