They want to see how far they can push before we push back... that's dangerous water to tread in this economy.

They are basically pulling what the Xbox one almost did before it came out

Reminder to @playstation.com that this is an idiotic decision, and will drive purchasers away. If you think this is _important_ and a _required move_ then announce it to the public and _exclaim exactly why_ and gather responses. A move like this mid-cycle and after-cycle is completely batshit.

Don't you mean recently purchased games? I believe it's not just for newly released ones.
