He is a die-hard Israel supporter which is a deal-breaker for me. That said, I am happy to see this bill and don't see a reason not to support it!

About time someone tackled this. The idea of actually owning your digital games instead of renting a license has been debated forever. The bill from Rep Torres to give players total ownership is worth watching.
