We’re excited to announce our endorsement of @patrickroath.bsky.social! Following the lead of our local groups in MA-08, we’re backing Patrick because he’s built his career fighting for the people of Boston and his campaign is fueled by grassroots support.

From his time in the courtroom and as an advocate for his community, Patrick has proven to be a trusted leader that will continue to fight for our rights. As the regime keeps infringing on voting rights and mail-in voting, Patrick has the record and determination to stand up to authoritarianism.

Meanwhile, 13-term incumbent Rep. Stephen Lynch has consistently been out of step with what working families in MA-08 want, including voting to arm ICE agents with legal authority and voting for the Laken Riley Act. This solidly blue district deserves a real Democratic fighter like Patrick!

While Rep. Lynch continues to be out of step with his constituents, Patrick has successfully fought to secure automatic voter registration and universal mail-in voting for millions of Massachusetts residents, and stood with immigrant families seeking asylum.
