We have no power until Democrats regain the majority. There is a laundry list of high priority focus. Term limits for federal judges is one. Verify your voting status, vote Blue, vote early. If you wait until Election day if there are problems you won't have time to fix them. 💙

The operant term is "restructure" More needs to be done than simply address the current ideological bent of the court. (i.e., ethics reform) P.S. "Packed" is term we reserve only for the existing SCOTUS bench, which is clearly packed and stacked.

If we win and don’t do something about the SCOTUS, we deserve what comes next.

One of the things I hope will be included in SCOTUS reform is retention elections - let the voters decide if they want to keep the SCOTUS justices on the bench or not (simple majority required). Another option would be to recall the justices especially for malfeasance and trigger a recall election.
