I think what I hide behind my mask is my sadness. People see my strength, my laughter, and my optimism, but they don’t always see the moments when I struggle to hold on to those things myself. I’ve always tried to hide those moments.

Good morning, Jaye! 🌞 Thank you for sharing. Being vulnerable is difficult for a lot of us. Focusing the 'I have to be strong' thought pattern inward onto what we need and how we can be strong for ourselves is something I'm still working on.

Good morning to you Dava. I'm afraid I don't wear a mask because I don't have anything to hide. What you see is what you get from me. I do have a few minor flaws that I can deal with. I hope you're enjoying your Monday. Take care and always be safe. 🩵🫂🙏😊🌹🤗💙🕊️
