My daughter was jonesing for chili because football and weather be damned, so first pot today. Subbed chorizo for ground beef and it's tasty, but didn't consider that chorizo brings salt to the pot and beef doesn't. So it was a bit salty. I'll rinse and drain the canned beans next time to mitigate.
