Hey #svelte people, what are your toolchain setups? Between the new TS, OXC, SK3, etc. I feel like there's potential improvements but no clear default yet, and in the meantime svelte-check is using all my cpu...

You can follow whatever is current is in `sv create`. We keep it up to date to the latest and greatest. Of the things you mentioned. Only SK3 is included. Because the others arent ready yet.
