Speed please. 🙏🙏🙏 (I know it is hard)

Definitely on the radar, but can you help provide more details so we know where to focus? Do you find yourself waiting too long during inner loop dev/test cycle vs deploying to prod? Which resource types are you finding most painful?

I’m using CDK, so abstracted slightly. But it is the dev/test cycle that is the issue. I don’t personally care about the time for prod deployments. I use ephemeral developer accounts. It takes too long to initially deploy and to update them to iterate quickly. AppSync is one of the worst offenders.
