This video from Senator Padilla's staff, shared to Twitter by Fox LA's Elex Michaelson, shows Padilla forced to the ground by men wearing FBI uniforms who then handcuff him behind his back. This is after he is forcibly removed from the Noem press conference for asking a question.

Under what fucking authority are they telling a member of a senator’s staff they can’t record police activity in public? Everyone involved in this illegal detention must be fired and charged.
