a sophisticated attack would be going after the videoconferencing equipment in the room so you don't leave a physical trace hell might be able to attack the televisions many of them have recording devices!

strangely the FBI is interested in arresting this dude for what may not even be crimes against his employer but completely uninterested in pursuing any computer crimes perpetrated by his employer (even though they have admitted MANY).
