Espressif working towards the first 1.0 vendor HAL for embedded Rust. This is EXTREMELY cool to see! developer.espressif.com/blog/2025/02...

I’ve been porting a personal esp32 project from C++ and traditional concurrency to Rust with embassy and async, and I have to say: this is absolutely fantastic, and it’s good to see the APIs I’ve been working with start to get stabilised.

As an aside: working with embedded async in general has been great and I’ve got you to thank for turning me on to it.
