Important topic for the day: how long after you’ve seen one magpie do you have to see a second magpie in order to be granted joy? Is it 1 second? 50ms? 10secs? 5mins?

Technically the human eye can’t even see multiple magpies at exactly the same instant unless they are close together so maybe they mostly individual magpies and we are condemned to sorrow?
