OK I understand but. The column name was not in the kindly provided data dictionary and read "IdPrel". I thought "preliminary ID"? Turns out the data is from Quebec and it was actually ID prélèvement - sample ID... Seems obvious in hindsight. Also, vcode was not visit code but code volet. *sigh*
