I can't blame people looking for alternatives to Github GH actions don't even make three nines 😲

Every team using GitHub Actions, whether on GitHub-hosted or self-hosted runners, still depends on GitHub's central orchestration layer. Self-hosting workers doesn't remove the dependency on the platform coordinating the work. Seems like a risk worth fixing before going all in on AI.

Just heard an interesting stat GitHub is predicting 14 Billion Pull Requests by the end of 2026, up from 1 Billion in 2025
