Feels to me like the U.S. government livestreaming the shooting death of a guy in a wheelchair is going to be in all the history books, and hopefully framed as the end of an era that was very bad, and not the start of an era that was much, much worse

Here's the problem I see...it opens the door to normalize this. How long before the Texas legislature passes a bill to live stream executions. Florida? Alabama? This is how that shit starts.
