I’ve heard positive things about ThunderPSU for Dreamcast My OEM is fully serviced but I do get asked for recommendations often so figured I’d check it out and keep original as a spare/backup Swapped it into my heavily modded system and going to put it through its paces 👍

i love how easy it is to swap things in/out on the Dreamcast. it’s probably my favorite console to repair since it’s just so straightforward

Curious how it holds up. A quieter, cooler PSU on a Dreamcast sounds like a solid upgrade, especially for consoles that are pushing 25 years old now.

I forget if the dreamcast is universal switching. cool psu, looks alot nicer than the pico psu since it takes up the same space. I am interested how it can handle a gdemu. I know on an oem you need to put some resistors in between the pins
