I know it's cringe as fuck, but small acts of kindness are going to be so important for the foreseeable future. Being kind and doing kind things can be your lifeline. It can keep you sane.

Still cringe is not necessarily a bad thing. I love cringe, I live on cringe. The teens at my library always roll their eyes lovingly and say “Miss Sarah you are cringe” and boy do they love it. Embrace the power of cringe.
