5,000 years from Pharos of Egypt. We've learned nothing. Why do we still vest so much power in the hands of so few? Trump, Putin, Xi, Musk, Thiel, Ellison, Zuckerberg ... ... what have any of these men actually done but abuse the trust, skill, creativity or apathy and fear of others?

Elon Musk boosted the lie that James Talarico stayed at a mental hospital. Meta suspended No Kings’ Instagram account during nationwide actions. Staff at the Ellison-owned CBS News were reportedly told to tie Abdul El-Sayed to the Muslim Brotherhood and 9/11. Democracy dies in billionaire hands.

Either your using what you have to enrich the lives of others... … or you're just using the lives of others to enrich what you have. When will we learn: citizen's assemblies, democratic rule by issue not by party or celebrity, long-term planning, and FFS people - no outside money in politics.

Who can seriously defend: - 1 man ruling over 350m (or 1.4bn) - corporate lobbying and funding of candidates - 4-5 year governments on choice of only ~2 candidates - policy choices on a choice of only ~2 candidates - zero accountability of leadership - policy only ever for next 4-5 years

It's fucking batshit. Why do we accept it !? Make it make sense.
