Love this idea—what’s the biggest hurdle to scaling this past pilot cities?

🇺🇸 probably has more than 20 million vacant properties (residential +commercial + industrial). Why shouldn’t some of these properties be brought up to code? Make use of existing materials + area was already developed. Plenty of 💰for wars + icehole’s could be put to better use.
