Nice. We have a project that doesn't have infrastructure as a code (nor ARM templates). What is the best approach for progressively starting using infrastructure as a code?

I think the best way to start with existing infra is to make an export from the portal and convert that in to Bicep. Other option is to use “Insert Resource” via the Bicep VSCode extension, see: marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemNa... (search for “Insert Resource”)
