I do not understand people refusing to celebrate the time patriots rose up and kicked major tyrant ass. We are the descendants of tyrant ass-kickers. This is OUR holiday.

I'm Native American. I've never celebrated "independence" day. And never will. Yes, you are the descendants of tyrants, but not sure about ass-kickers. Look at the state of which this country is in.
