5/ And his favorite AI visibility fix is almost too simple. A ~30-year category leader had top SEO visibility but trailed in AI. They added plain, neutral homepage copy about who they are and what they do. AI visibility jumped almost instantly.

that example stays with me because the fix was plain homepage copy about who they are and what they do. so many homepages assume the reader already knows that. when you audit a homepage now do you start with that simple who and what test

Worth checking whether the site is cited at all. In 15 local audits, 5 of the 15 businesses had not one answer cite their own website. Clear copy and never being the page an answer leans on can happen together.
