Back in the day we would build, learn and publish whatever we wanted and no one could tell us otherwise. Now we’re told the only way forward is slop, and we immediately fall in line? Fuck that. We’re in charge of the biggest software, communication and publishing platform in the world. Act like it!

This is what happens when most of the IT industry is just in it for the money. They will always choose the path of least resistance and while I can blame them and do, the real culprit is capitalism.
