The US may lift sanctions on shadow fleet tankers one by one, saying EU and UK ones would still apply. In the Gulf they mostly don't. STARWAY (IMO 9273246) is one. Only the US lists her. If it drops her, no list we follow still names her. At 9:20 AM EDT on 21 Oct she was stopped 5 nm off Khasab, Oman. Worldwide it's 121 of 209. We don't read Ukraine's lists. hullcipher.com/vessel/9273246
