If you don't always give your delivery guy 5 stars you're not a good person

Delivery companies are run by absolute animals. Real people are lines on a spreadsheet. That guy who's doing 10+ hour days in the rain gets fired because their metrics are too low. Don't play into that shit. 5 stars every time

Parcel turns up looking beaten up? 5 stars. Oh it's a day late? 5 stars. They didn't smile as they handed you some pointless tat across the threshold of your own front door? 5 stars. You think something got stolen? Way more likely to be some opportunist than the person whose neck is on the line
