Are the draft rules any different in a competitive setting? Do players draft from the full list of protocols from Main 1 and 2? Or does it make sense to start limiting the total draft pool as the protocol count increases?

There's no standard for tournaments at the moment. For this one, I hand picked 10 protocols per table: 5 from the first wave and 5 from the second. This makes it so that the 30 currently released protocols get split between 3 tables.
