I did compare the # to some of the people who used the official version that used to exist and it's definitely off by a few hundred thousand. I'm sure there's no easy way to see which is more accurate though.

There used to be a 🎉 icon on the Home page for a while that would bring this up if you clicked on it. The stats would obviously differ though depending on your name, username, join date and join #. I believe on your site the # is 10 million something, but this is the # that BlueSky generated itself

could very well be that so many people were joining that the # at the time was inaccurate, but I trust your dev judgement :)

That kinda makes me think that the join numbers maybe weren't "calibrated" due to the mass amount of people joining if that makes any sense.
