Right now, .NET MCP's are broken. Latest Microsoft.AspNetCore.OpenApi is 10.0.4 and that ONLY supports github.com/Microsoft/Op... up to 3.0.0 (its core dependency) but that's deprecated due to a security vuln and the minimum is 3.5.4 - it's all just a half-arsed shambles.
