Darn it. Can my SSDs in my server behave themself???? I understand that's an unreasonable request but could it at least not be both the drives on the same stripe? (my data is fine; I'm just annoyed because I'm going to need to remake my ZFS pool; one of the drives is failing but hasn't yet failed)

And Dell, why do I need to reboot and dig through menus to tell your firmware not to disable the drive?

I made a backup (in two formats because I don't trust them) onto my backup hard drive, if you're wondering. (one backup format has been automated and running daily for months)
