In 2022, I hosted then MCC CEO Alice Albright & the Kosovar PM and President in signing a compact to expand battery storage and workforce development in Kosovo as well as foster increased investment. Without MCC, America's competitors will seek to invest and replace our presence.

Without Congressional consultation, Trump and DOGE have illegally sought to shut down MCC without evidence of wrongdoing making America less safe, less secure, and less prosperous. I urge my GOP colleagues to stand up to this reckless attack on our credibility.

I am a MA resident, and I am imploring you, Rep @keating.house.gov, please uphold the 14th Amendment, Section 3 as a still Constitutionally viable avenue for removal. This is seditious conspiracy and must be treated as the dire circumstance it is! Infographics via @scooptown.bsky.social
