I haven't seen that one. Ours loops when what comes back gives it nothing to act on, which at least has a reason behind it.

Yeah it's a new one for me. Something must have gotten wonky in the context somewhere is my theory. The agent acted like it was following instructions by doing that, though I couldn't figure out from where. A fresh coordinator session and it hasn't come back yet.
