Always a personal hero. Many times I took interstate highway from KY into West Virginia, north to Morgantown and then East to DC without needing to remember the numbers for the highways. I srsly doubt they named the city for him but it pleased me to pretend.

Underpaying politicians leads to two kinds of politicians - rich ones and corrupt ones, as no one else could afford to be one. That seems like a pretty terrible idea. Agree about the teachers though.
