Apple reset this setting AGAIN on my computer without my permission. Totally ridiculous.

No matter how many times I uncheck this setting in the App Store, it's turned back on by Apple multiple times a year. What is the point of a setting that they just unset for you whenever they feel like it?

Months ago, my LG OLED started showing me ads randomly. I found out it was a Live Plus setting and turned if off. But every time the TV updates, it's back on. I'm convinced the only reason they're pushing updates at this point is just to keep flipping it back on.

My LG OLED keeps trying to get me to order food delivery. I thought I had all of the online capabilities turned off. I just wanted a nice dumb TV

Yeah, that's the most recent one I got. I'm pretty sure it's this Live Plus setting, which I have turned off multiple times before and it keeps turning back on.
