nobody likes it when you bring a 70lb crt to the airport. not tsa. not delta. not baggage handlers they make you look in the eye in the backrooms bc you have to accompany it. not your uber driver because you can't bring it on the bus. nobody. absolutely nobody. you are the asshole for the whole day.

this one is also slightly worse (like ~5kHz iirc) than my g500 that got thrown away (FUCK) because it had TRASH written on the top in sharpie (my justification for stealing it from a vandy comp lab in the first place - you can fix the g2 value over ttl) and i'm never gonna reach that high again qqqq

While all that might be true...you have a 21-inch crt now.

I have a 130-pound CRT HDTV that I had to pay someone to move from my basement to my attic a few years ago. I couldn’t imagine what would happen if I tried to bring it to the airport.

I once brought my 140lbs crt to the campus FedEx to ship home. they said it was too heavy. I sold it to the FedEx guy for $50

ok i love crts but unless you had like an fv310 or xbr960 or something that's on you ngl. and you're supposed to use freight for those!
