This sounds interesting! Do you think this could also be used for something like testability analysis to verify whether a method is sufficiently small to be targeted by unit tests? Also is there an option to exempt methods from analysis (eg. via a comment above it)

I mean, it could be used for testability analysis. By definition it tries to make smaller, targeted functions. But it's not explicit about making the new functions testable. It DOES stop and ask what you want to do to improve things. You COULD simply say: try to make the new functions testable, etc.
