LAPD and union leaders lied to the #FBI and violated the law. See 18 USC 1001 The 'legacy media' is still silent and #complicit as the legal pressure mounts. bsky.app/profile/kill...

What we have here is a 'pattern.' This is not the first time the LAPD have lied to the FBI to silence legal speech. The questions now changes from "Is this a pattern of lying to the FBI" to "Is there a pattern within the FBI of covering up crimes committed by the LAPD to censor legal speech?"

First record of #LAPD #detectives lying to #FBI agents...is well documented. www.killercop.com/WeaponsLite.... So is the swift #censorship that followed the lies. www.killercop.com/Censored2002... Previous claims were I was "convinced" to self-censor under threat of arrest, and complied. BS

And besides, #LAPD #detective Chuck Zeglin could not have "convinced" me to "shut down" by "threatening #criminal charges" because that would be both illegal and unlawful. www.killercop.com/indexchuckSU...

Bantam Books, Inc. v. Sullivan, 372 U. S. 58, the Court explained that the First Amendment #prohibits #government officials from relying on the "threat of invoking legal sanctions and other means of coercion . . . to achieve the suppression" of disfavored speech. Id., at 67
